How do I test the fuel pressure regulator

It should have a vacuum line going to it I don't know what kind of car or engine but you can try disconnecting it

there is not vacuum line, its in the upper intake. You would need a fuel pressure gauge and check the fuel pressure and leakdown rate. should be 55psi and go no less than 50psi after 10 min
