Question type: General

I lost the key to my 2000 S10 so could I remove the lock
and cylinder pull the pins from the cylinder but the cylinder
back in and just use another key to turn it without having to
tear up wires hot wearing it and risk setting off the pass
lock? I'm sitting in a snowbank freezing to death wondering
how to get it started please help

Call a locksmith, don't remove the lock cylinder, you need it to start the car, you will just be replacing it.
