Where do I get get a vacuum line for the regulator on the back of the metering valve

metering valve = acts as a delay in the brake system to allow drum brakes to apply at the same time front discs contact the rotor. However i belive your talking about the fuel pressure regulator, there isn't a line to it. It is inside the upper intake which has vacuum all the time so there is no need for a line and never was
