Why won't my axle shaft stay in

Question type: General

My passenger side front axle shaft
will not stay in  I think it is the clip on
the end  what is it called where can I
find another and will it cause that.plz
help asap

Are you talking about a yoke? There are parts books on line that will show you the parts to your S-10 drive line. Look and compeer it to what is and is not there. You may have a wheel out of adjustment and is not seating correctly.
