1994 chevy s10 ss 4.3 Central sequential fuel injection system on it i pulled in gas station and left it running when outside it was dead will not start where do I start looking

Need to see if you have spark at the coil, Quick test would be to spray some starting fluid down the throttle body to see if it fires off. If it does, then you have a fuel issue and would need to check fuel pressure.

S10 ss are notorious for carbon deposits breaking up and clogging the egr valve. Need to clean it out when it acts like that. May need replaced just a thought I'd look there.
