heater/ac only discharge at floor level why?

hoses,diaphrams seem ok dash controls 5 years old .help please.

Check your vacumn lines for loose or cracks at the cruise control connection under the hood. Should be at top right near firewall..... {hope this helps ya.}

no cruise control all seen lines checked, resivoir ball for vaccum storage ok tested all diaphrams when vaccum is applied they seem to function but no change in fiow direction.radio was removed to see if diverter linkage was bent none seen. only one hose going thru firewall was not checked could not find even with radio removed check salvage yard to see where line went,somewhere toward instrument cluster.
