I would remove instrument panal check pins at main connector for loose solder connections on circuit board sometimes you can wiggle pins and see especially with magnifier.

I kind of ran a test on the loose connection theory. I remove the 4 screws holding the panel from the dash and pull the panel out placing it on my dash board I then turned the engine on turn the panel so I could view it I wiggled the wire harness in the back of the panel. I shook the panel violently and the bumped the panel with my hand repeated I did not see a abnormal reading I did not see a random engine indicating lights come on. So with that said I should give you a better understanding of what I am witnessing when I drive on bump roads. these are the lights that appear to flash off and on ( NO Audible alarms with the flashing lights} ABS Brake Airbag I also lose Tachometer, speedometer,Fuel and Volts. Oil pressure and engine temperature Do not seem to not fluctuate at all. Although I could be wrong as I am trying to make mental notes as I drive through bumpy road ( cobble stone) and pot holes Last piece of data, I had this issue diagnosed at a Chevy dealer in Laredo TX. They were able to pull a code out of the memory C0222 erratic right front hub sensor. which they said explain the ABS warning light They could not explain the ABS light because not codes were stored. Ok chew on that see what you think

I'm not sure possible cluster grounded at lower a pillar area near paring breke pedal assembly.

Maybe you could get another person to watch while you wiggle test wiring harnesses in and out of cab including your fuse boxes see if you can duplicate symptoms.

I meant to say possible faulty ground.
