I have a 2002 Chevy Suburban that I put down about a year and a half ago when gas got outrageous. Now it will not shift when driving it. There were no issues with it prior to putting it down. Have I lost my transmission? Could it be a sensor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have a mechanic look it over, problems usually crop up after letting a vehicle sit. Maybe the linkage is binding or you just need a fluid change instead of a new trans. Good Luck.
Can instrument clusters cause transmission problems on 2004 Yukon, gimcrack?
