how do you drain the coolant?

If there is no drain plug on the bottom tank remove the lower radiator hose.

There is no drain plug & the lower radiator hose is secured with a clamp type fitting in a rather inaccessible spot.....guess I will just find a way to get at it. Pet peeve; no drain plug for radiator or transmission pan. 2nd complaint; no dip stick for transmission....whose bright idea was that?
