No power in 98 f250 clicked once and nothing! Grounds test hot!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have changed starter, solenoid, alternator, main fuse and relays! At a loss!
Got the truck to start once and then shut down and tried it and back to same
problem with grounds testing hot for power!

What do you mean that the grounds test hot? What is the other point you are connecting to when you check the grounds?

When I connect my test light to the negative terminal on my battery and start poking around everything including the grounding points and the block light up
