Hard to start, very hesitant, when taking off no power. When I push the gas it sputters, maybe only gets up to 30 mph

P0174 is a lean code,P0113 is a intake air temp. issue, and P0133 is O2 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1. My opinion is that you have a vacuum leak.

I use brake cleaner. Start engine cold, let idle and spray brake cleaner around intake area, air filter intake tube, and all vacuum lines, While spraying if there is a leak the engine idle will respond by raising up or stumbling low,If a real bad leak is detected engine may stall out.

If you get a idle change the repair would be at the point/area you sprayed the brake cleaner. When you get to that point just let me know.I can try to help you through it.

Ok another question,. What other vehicle uses the same ignition coil as the Ford F250. That I can take out and use on my Ford

Go to advance auto parts ask them to check the codes with there scanner tool it’s free,it will you what bank is running lean .
