2004 tracker
The power stays on when the key is in off position and out
I’ve read the ignition or relay any suggestions on how to diagnose

I have a 2004 chevy tracker. Battery keeps running down. Have checked at pos post get spark. Pulled fuse the one to rear turn lights stops sparks can't find a relay for it.
