Blowing white smoke
Bought 04' Chevy suburban drove it a two days then
started smoking heavily from exhaust after being stopped
at stop signs or stop lights, when I stepped on exhelerater
clouds of white smoke would come out exhaust! Took it
back to dealer twice first time ran fine for a day then
smoke again, now this second time I get it back no smoke
but now check engine light comes on and oil pressure
gauge runs high when trying to exhelerate on highway any
ideas what they could have done feel like they trying to
just get it over the 30 day warranty to not have to fix
Sounds like a blown headgasket, look at the engine oil, if it is a milky color or there is oil in the cooling system it needs work for sure, a simple block can verify the problem. You maybe right about trying to put you off until the warranty expires. Blowing any color of smoke is not right.
Keep a record of the repair attempts as a visit to an attorney may be in your future.
