2005 chevy suburban misfire after tranny replaced

I had the tranny replaced on 05 suburban after i
drove it the engine light started flashing now it
runs really rough..i scanned it and p0300 comes up
but i never had a engine light before the tranny
replacemrnt except the evap...what is wrong with
my truck

Yes, well I suspect a wire has gotten disturbed, just need to go over the wiring for the ignition system, make sure everything is plugged in, make sure and check around the coil. Otherwise other things to look for are....Possible causes - Faulty spark plug (s) - Faulty ignition coil (s) - Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s) - Intake air leak - Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted - Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection - Ignition coils harness is open or shorted - Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection - Insufficient cylinders compression - Incorrect fuel pressure.
