I have a 1991 toyota pickup l have replaced the fuel
pump  and the fuel filter and the desribitor, now
after starting it blows out 30amp fuse, what would
do this?

What circuit is the 30A fuse to? A short would do this, if it's the fuel pump fuse, then you need to check your wiring for shorts.
