There's a brand new one on Ebay right now. Just Google the part number with Toyota, after the part number, and it'll pop up. The seller has 3 of them in the original Toyota box. Under the part description you can see a complete diagram of your braking system and that part has 5 ports on it. You can see where the brake lines attach to it. It's item number 4 on the diagram.
