Fuel pump

Asked by Timothy Jul 04, 2019 at 08:51 AM about the 2001 Toyota Camry Solara SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed fuel pump and fuel filter and my dad
clean the gas lines is there something else you
have to do if the car still doesn't start

Maybe the "no-start" condition was simply a burnt out fuel pump fuse or relay. Listen for the pump to prime up when the key is turned to "on". Check them out. If they are okay, then the no-start condition may be something else like no spark. Scan for codes.
