Camry 99 will not start first time - need help

Asked by Apr 21, 2015 at 09:23 AM about the 1999 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 99 Camry 4cyl is recently not
starting on first try.  It fires up and
turns off. I have to try maybe one or
two more times before it fires up.
Usually this happens in morning 5am
when it is little cold.

Get some throttle body cleaner and clean your throttle body and IAC. Here is a how to video if you've never done it before............................... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsP2-HKz7vE
