1998 toyota camry tries to start when connecting battery

when i try to connect the battery , the starter engages and tries to start the engine. There is no wires that I can see
that are any different than the original wiring.

Could be a problem with the ignition switch.

I've herd this happening because alt incorrect Has it been worked on
