I replaced the radiator and thermostat today. Started it up
let it run for about 15 minutes. Gauge rose 3 quarters of
the way and held for a minute. Steam coming from front of
engine somewhere. Took it out and it started getting

Does the fan come on at operating temperature? If not, that's the problem, if so, it's the water pump.
