94 camry overheated. no warning lights, no smoke,no leaking fluid, no noises or anything.
after letting it cool down it would not stay on after cranking. after another hour it finally
cranked. it did not heat up again although only drove it down the street to my house(less
than half mile).
when it cooled down, did you top off the coolant? there's a chance that you've got a stuck thermostat~ how much "boiled away"?
all levels were fine when I checked them. coolant level was fine at full line. didnt seem to have any "boil away"
...okay, is it sparkin' perhaps there is a problem with the ignition system? is there reduced voltage from a worn out old battery with corrosion?~
Nope battery was replace about 6 months ago along with new cables. no corrosion
see if you have high voltage to the plugs...power to you coil packs may be in trouble somehow, or faulty coil packs, you could test for that~
