1997 Suzuki Grand Vitara fuel leans on band two

Hi, the above  car leans on band 2. All
three plugs are black while band 1 is ok.
Please kindly advice.

when checking for a vacuum leak your checking intake/throttle body,air intake hose and all lines/hoses spraying brake cleaner looking for the engine idle to change. engine of course needs to be running.
