Engine replace or new head

Asked by Michael Sep 01, 2020 at 12:02 AM about the 2003 Subaru Outback L.L. Bean Edition Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How much for new heads vs. total engine
rebuild or replacement.

1 Answer

You should shop around but I can tell you that replacing the engine will cost more than the car is worth by a substantial amount. The head gaskets went?
