What's the best way to get a throatier sound exhaust?

I have a 2004 Legacy L Wagon 2.5 non-turbo and I'm trying to get a louder sounding
exhaust on it. Any Ideas?

Change the muffler to a Fart can thats about the only option for ur subi. Check the size of pipe and match it with the new muffler.

I've been looking into this to. For a personal preference I'm looking towards a flow master 40 series muffler 409s for a deep aggressive sound.
