We have a 03 Subary Legacy and getting hesitation when stepping on gas and very poor mileage - any ideas? anybody?

Also have great difficulty putting fuel into the tank - nozzle stops all the time as if tank was already full - takes 10 minutes to fill up! (and a cramped up hand!)

About the issue on stepping on the gas, have the throttle line adjusted to its tightest and to make sure when that is done the engine idling be left at 1.5 RPM. Its a very easy job and will take 5mins to be done.
