How can I put a super charger on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix base model
I want to modify my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix base
model and I want to give it more power. How can I
fit a supercharger on it, also if I took it to a shop can
they recommend me what I want.
Don't waste your money on a base GP. Adding a supercharger is going to cost you thousands and you'll still have a base GP. I believe the engine itself is different. You would also have to change the fuel system to the two stage fuel pump that's required and of course all of the electronics will be different. Your transmission also won't be up to the task so you'll need the heavy duty version. Sell your car and buy a GTP. There's lots of them around and they tend to be reasonably priced. Even stock you'll have lots of horsepower and you'll have the right package to build on if you decide to do upgrades.
Probably $10,000+ by the time you supercharge, dyno tune, update the fuel system and beef up the transmission.
