head rest removal

I need to remove the head rest from the passenger seat

Raise the headrest all the way up. Look at the plastic pieces on the seat where the headrest supports go into the seat. One of them will have a small hole. Get a paperclip and push it into the hole while pulling up on the headrest and it will come out.
