No, if you used a sealant that's designed for cooling systems like Bars Leak or something similar, it is totally compatible with all the cooling components and won't plug anything up like the nay sayers like to say it will. You've probably got a bunch of air trapped in the system from the draining and refilling. Did you use the bleeder valve near the thermostat to bleed off excess air? Even then its sometimes a problem. You may need to drain and refill the system again. Try doing it with the car facing uphill. This sometimes helps the air find its way to the top instead of staying trapped deeper down i the engine.

O ok thank you so much for the help is that why it makes that bubbling sound when I turn it on an start driving an also why did it all of a sudden just overheat when I changed the thermostat an flushed it a month ago is there anything else u would suggest doing if this doesn’t work

Did draining and refilling and bleeding off the air solve the problem? If not, its time to have the system pressure tested and possibly do a compression test on the engine to determine if there's a failed gasket somewhere that is allowing the engine to force air into the cooling system.
