I have a 2006 Pontiac grand Prix and i need front wheel barrings does my car have ABS?

Most 2006 cars do but if you don't have any other reference like an owners manual, look at the dash lights when you start the car. If it has ABS, an error lamp will come on briefly to tell you the system is working. No lamp - no ABS.
