I have a 2005 Grand Prix gt with 135000 miles on it that I just bought and was thinking about changing the tranny fluid.idk when or if it's ever been changed but the color isn't that bad.

I'd change it out if you want it last a little longer. Since it's brown and not black, I'd say to change it, should be bright red, replace the filter too if your trans has one.

I agree. And if there's anything more than a trace of clutch material etc. in the pan gt it checked out. Those transmissions do like to fail and its big money to get them fixed. A little preventative maintenance goes a long way sometimes.
