What do I all need to swap a 5.3L V8 grand Prix gxp into a
2005 3.8L V6 Grand Prix GT. ?

You need two entire cars, which you may already have, a wheelbarrow full of money, and several hundred hours. Of course you also need the tools and the know how. You are basically building a car, which is fun if you have nothing else to do and woudln't rather be driving it, but if what you really want is a GP GXP then just go buy one. They're out there and a lot cheaper than one you build yourself that still isn't really a GXP. Hope that helps.
