could air pocket make my car go in to engine power low

my car runs fine but it seen like after i put in gas and drive it for a while the
engine power low light will come on then the car will shut off

No, nothing to do with air pockets. Should have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes to know whats going on, write down the codes.

what about if the air pockets is in the gas line cause it seems to go engine power low after i put gas in and drive for awhile

No air pockets, could be low fuel pressure, or clogged fuel injectors. May want to run some fuel injection cleaner threw the gas. Another thing to do is to clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor in the air intake tube. Use MAF spray cleaner.
