2005 Grand Prix trans slipping

Upon inspection, my transmission cooler
lines were ruptured. Replaced. Transmission
is slipping/ jerking super hard into first gear.
Fluid levels are fluctuating, but there is no
leak, any answers other than the obvious
trans replaced

Sounds like you are still low on fluid or there is air in the system still. Sometimes the fluid level is difficult to read on the dip stick.

Gary, does the air in the system just work itself out, that seems to be the most plausible answer according to the symptoms. As far as ran dry, they were not ever completely empty and maybe drove 30miles when the issue occurred until fixed, could that still be a contributing aspect to the problem? I will have my mechanic check the vent when I take it back to him, still accepting any possible answers

Generally yes. Any air should work its way out of the system if it is full of fluid and there are no other issues.
