Heat not working/ but car over heats

My car over heats I continue to
put water and antifreeze in it
works for a day or two goes back
out the heat but no leaks on the
ground please help me..

If you see a white smoky/steamy exhaust that you did not see before, that means the head gasket may be leaking. The anti freeze is leaking into the combustion chamber and being burned. That's not a good thing, it's serious. But have it checked out. I hope that's not it.
