pontiac 04 supercharged gtp

Why wont my car run more then 30mph ?
lights start blinling if i try to pass that.
Recently my cable wires from my subwoofer
got caught on the timing belt. Now it shakes
my exhaust start shaking and i belive my
supercharger isnt working properly ?help
newbie here :/

Don't worry about your supercharger. It's impossible for it to not work. It's possible some other electrical damage occurred when that cable got caught. Examine everything to see if you can spot something. Then get it scanned for trouble codes.
