2004 grand prix gt, blower switch doesn't do anything...

2004 grand prix gt, blower switch doesn't do anything but it's not the resistor or
the blower motor, seems like it could be wiring. Am wondering if anyone else
has had this issue.

How do I test the switch I'm having the exact issue new resistor blower motor is great it would kick on the off then on then off for good
