2004 grand prix cds wont come out of cd player

CDs will not come out - getting error message when pressing load and eject.

Look for a small pin hole in the face of the player and insert the end of a paper clip. This should eject the CD that is in the drive.

Not seeing the small pin hole....me and 2 sons looked and do not see
