I really do not like the store bought head gasket fix. But if you already did, There is a way to it and a way not to do it no matter what the bottle directions say. Never add it with the engine hot, never add it with the thermostat in, Add it to a cold engine, after thermostat is removed. Add it to the hose connected to the thermostat housing(pull top hose off radiator). Do not add it to the over flow tank, do not add it to the radiator, After application and running engine pull off bottom radiator hose while its still hot and drain every last drop out of the engine & radiator and let it air dry for min 24hrs. If you added it to a hot engine, it can turn hard in one spot and clog the cooling passageways. Go to this page and read every word for complete details and updates, its the only way to do it with any real world chance of it working correctly and never use the stuff on the shelf at in any store that states fixes head gaskets.
