Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought 2 grand prix's one is a
01 gt with a 3.8 with heave front end
damage the other is a 03 se with a
3.1 blown up motor the 03 is cleaner
and in better shape. My question is
do a engine cradle swap from 01 to
03 or sheet metal and core support
swap from the 03 to the 01.

I'd swap the engine BUT while you have the 3.8 out replace the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. They're notorious for failure. HTH. -Jim

The only way you can do better is if they paid you to take them.
