o2 grand prix gt will not go faster 10-15 mpr, but tapping the gas it does get up to speed

Might be a plugged Mass Air Flow Valve in the exhaust or the catalytic converter.

tires are not the rite size i put tires that were small and i could not go over 35 mph just a gusse maybe
