Should a 2001 Pontiac grand Prix have both
fuel pump relay fuses #14 and #15

Yes. 14 is labeled fuel pump. 15 is labeled fuel pump speed cont. Picture is page 6-67 from my '00 Grand Prix owners manual (same car). HTH. -Jim
