ABS system has air in it, try bleeding the brakes with the engine running, start with the rabs valve first, then right rear, then left rear, then right front, then left front.

Look at your ABS pump assembly, you should see a bleeder screw on it, that is the rabs valve unit.

You can try it, if it still doesn't work the bleed them with the key on or engine running.
