JS08016 or HTH -Jim, you are so wrong!! Mine was a burnt out mini bulb 74 or 161. Instrument panel uses mini 74/161 or 194 bulbs. Dash trim pops out, 2 screws holding cluster, twist and pull ( tight) light socket from back, pull bulb straight out! Mine was code P0650, mil circuit. All instrument cluster bulbs can be changed fairly easy for the cost of the bulbs. But why was car driven with the light on long enough to burn out the bulb?
