Is it ok to drive grand prix supercharge without supercharge belt?

yes u can run it like that i took belt off and got better mpg

Not sure if it would harm anything but I wouldn't. The supercharger pulls in and compresses the air going into the cylinders. That's the way it was designed to run. A naturally asperated (non-supercharged) engine pulls air in on it's own. I'm sure things are calibrated differently between the two engines. HTH. -Jim

half and half the computer is supposed to be self tuning all the time and supposed be able to compensate im sure its bad for something but if the engine is built like gm said it is no it shouldnt matter that much
