I have a 1998 Grand Prix se the tire size are p215/70/15 on steel rims can I switch to p215/75/15 on aluminum rims same bolt pattern? Will I have any issues doing this please help me thank you

no you shouldnt really have any issues other than you will have better traction cause of the wider print

The 215/75 tire is taller and narrower than the 215/70, it might throw off the speedo, as you will be covering more ground per revolution and it might rub slightly in tight turns.
