Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have issues with my car. One, when it idles the
rmps jump up and down. When I accelerate and
drive at one consecutive speed it seems like it
boggs down like loosing power or fuel then picks
back up to normal and repeat. It had 3 new plugs
on front side and new wires all around. New fuel
filter. I'm lost on what to fix now. Sometimes she
drives just fine then others it does that I
mentioned. Any advice? She's a good solid looking
car and has ran amazing since I got it at 140xx
mines.
