how to shut off service engine soon light

i know vehicles and there`s nothing wrong just need to know how to shut it off

It might run fine, but if the light is on, there is an issue. Computers don't lie. You will need a OBDii code scanner to clear the code. They cost $20-$30 at most retailers. Check amazon.com If in fact there is nothing wrong, the light won't come back on.

never mind i disconected the battery for 20 minutes and it is now off no money spent
