how do i disengage the security

the security makes it almost impossible to start my car at times.  i took it in and wanted the security removed but it must not of been done.  where is it located and how can i remove it.

I would take it to the dealership and have them remove it. There are typically a lot of systems tied into this and it's not wise to go trying to remove it yourself, as I have personally seen this cause more harm than good. A dealership will know how to correctly disconnect the other auxiliary functions involved in the system.
