where is the trac control switch on a 97 grand am

I don't remember my '96 having traction control other than my right foot. My '02 does have it and I have to turn it off to get out of the driveway when there is snow.

At the wheel speed sensor, just unplug one of the wheel speed sensors and then plug it back in when your done because it also works your ABS. So in Tenspeeds case pull it out and plug it back in.

In my case you push the "Trac Off" button on the dash. It's above the radio next to the hazard switch.
