I own 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse installed LED lighting all the way around flashers flash too fast and right side tail light is causing marker lights on right side and clock radio and instrument to flash

All i can think of is check the blinker flasher it,s self,most led,s have to have a special flasher,or they will shoot a reverse pulse back threw the wiring in your car.
